When a parent purchases a service from your storefront, what happens next?

If they purchased an on-demand resource such as an eBook, pdf, or pre-recorded class, the content will be delivered to them immediately. It’s a great idea for you to follow up with them by chat just to thank them for their purchase!

If they purchased a pre-scheduled live class or workshop, or a live 1-on-1 video session, you’ll need to confirm a time and make certain that the proper video link is added (we auto-generate Zoom links, but if you have a preferred software or Zoom pro account, you can edit the link yourself).

No need to send reminders, your clients will automatically get reminded of their sessions and have the video link shared with them, but if you want to confirm any details with them you can send them a message on Nessle.
